SHIPPING:

U.S Ground Shipping:

Ground shipping is provided for all orders at checkout. This does NOT apply to items not in stock. If an item is not in stock, you will receive an email notification. Please allow up to 14 days for items not in stock to be produced and shipped. Orders may require a signature upon delivery. Your order will be shipped if in stock within 2 business days if ordered by 12PM (CT) Monday–Friday. If not in stock 2-3 weeks for delivery and you will be notified. Most Shipping cost ground will be $15.00

U.S Overnight Shipping:

$45.00-$65.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING and FAQ'S

Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: Yes, we’ve partnered with International Checkout, before you place your order email vip@augmon.com simply add the items you wish to purchase, as well as your shipping address for response.   

 

Q: How long does it take for orders to get to my country?

A: International Checkout provides two shipping options:

           Standard Shipping: delivery in approximately 8 – 20 business days

           Priority Shipping: delivery in approximately 4 – 10 business days

Please note that transit times are estimated and do not include any delays caused by customs.

 

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Secure payment portal for Visa Card, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Diner's Club Card, and PayPal in your local currency.

 

Using our regular checkout for international orders:

Shipping is calculated, however the client is responsible for the duties and customs upon arrival of the package.

 RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

 REPAIRS:

We want your jewelry, accessories and handbag to maintain its shine, beauty and highest quality.

Repairs to broken chains, earrings, and leather/exotic straps are $50.00. to repair.  

All diamond or other precious stone replacements, and leather/exotic accessory/handbag replacements are priced on a case by case basis. Please contact vip@augmon.com to receive more information.

If your jewelry, accessories and handbag needs repair, please contact us at vip@augmon.com for repair instructions. Include your name, address, phone number and email address, and note the reason for repair.

Please allow 4-8 weeks for all repairs.

REPLACEMENT EARRINGS or EARRINGS BACKINGS:

Lose an earring, earring backing or accessory link? Christopher Augmon can make a match! Email vip@augmon.com; with a photo of the matching lost earring, backing or accessory for a quote for replacement. 

Warranty: All Christopher Augmon CA-18k fine jewelry, couture handbags and Christopher Augmon accessory brands are manufactured under the highest quality craftsmanship by the best manufactures. There is a 30-day manufacture defect warranty on all Christopher Augmon CA-18k fine jewelry, couture handbag and Christopher Augmon brands. for more information email vip@augmon.com

 ONLINE ORDERS: Due to the high quality, craftmanship, style and customization of Christopher Augmon CA-18k fine jewelry and Christopher Augmon accessories, many styles are made to order. As stated above, if your order is out of stock and being made to order, Christopher Augmon Corp will contact you after your order has been placed and will communicate an approximate ship date.

 Please note: Most out of stock orders take 2-3 weeks to produce regardless of shipment choice. Sapphire pieces could take 4 weeks.

Jewelry, designer jewelry, exotics and leather Care

To prevent damage to your Christopher Augmon CA-18k fine jewelry, couture handbag and Christopher Augmon designer accessories we recommend you store each piece separately in a safe pouch or lined box. Designer accessories should also be stored in protective box and all handbags stored in added felt bag during the purchase of the handbag. Patent leather, other leather and exotics should be never be stored next to one another skin to skin. All Christopher Augmon leather and exotic accessories should be wrapped separately with wrapping tissue paper.  We recommend periodically checking the clasps, posts, hooks, and chains on your Christopher Augmon CA-18k fine jewelry, couture handbag and Christopher Augmon designer accessories. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals that could alter the physical color of gold. Remove your Christopher Augmon pieces before swimming in the ocean, chlorinated swimming pools or workout regimen. To clean, gently wash your jewelry in warm water and dish soap to remove everyday buildup. If you believe your piece needs extra care, please follow the repair shipment instructions above to ship your piece to us for professional polishing. Christopher Augmon Designer Accessories, leathers can be condition with quality saddle soup and mink oils. For best results take to professional leather cleaner for additional instructions. CUSTOMIZATION:

If you notice a certain 18 karat gold ring, necklace, earrings, bracelet or handbag size not offered on our website, please contact vip@augmon.com  

Christopher Augmon Corp requires a $200-$$600 non refundable retainer for any customization Christopher Augmon Corp designs. All Christopher Augmon Corp designs are the proprietary designs for Christopher Augmon Corp and are not to be shared or duplicated.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS:

Christopher Augmon Corp reserves the right to change the prices and availability of our products at any time. Any promotions offered will be communicated on our website or via email. Exact start and end dates for promotions will be clearly stated. Any expired promotion will not be accepted, regardless of the circumstance.

FAQ’S

How can I check the status of my order?

A customer service representative will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours after placing your order. Please direct all questions regarding your order status to our customer service representative and they will take care of any question or need at vip@augmon.com

 

For an international order, will I know the amount of duties and taxes to be paid ahead of time?

If International Checkout is used, customers have the option of paying duties and taxes estimated at checkout or once the order has been shipped to the designated country. All international customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes.

 

Do Lana bracelets and rings come in different sizes?

All bracelets offered on our website come in standard size 6, 7 or 8. Please specify in your order the size that you need. All rings offered on our website come in standard sizes: 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 as well as ½ sizes. If you are interested in purchasing a bracelet or ring in a different size email vip@augmon.com and a representative will be able to provide all information to proceed with the order!

 

Does Christopher Augmon use any other fine jewelry metals than gold?

Christopher Augmon prides itself on using the highest quality gold. Currently, all styles are made with only 18KT white gold, yellow gold, and rose gold. (black rhodium gold offed on specific designs)

 

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa Card, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Diner's Club Card, and PayPal in your local currency.

 

Does sales tax apply to everyone in any state?

Sales tax is based on the origin of Christopher Augmon Corp in Chicago, Illinois. All customers who live in Illinois are required to pay sales tax.

Does Christopher Augmon Corp offer any sales online?

Any promotional sales will be offered via social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and email! Be sure to register your email to receive updates and promotions!

Does Christopher Augmon have a store front?

Currently, Christopher Augmon does not have a store front. Can schedule video meeting or phone conference for any special orders or custom request at vip@augmon.com
